As for price, I think I want to raise a FYI.
The Lowe's product page titles the ladder as the "Leveler" type, which to me suggests that at least one pair of legs have individual ratcheting extensions/legs that help when using the ladder on uneven ground; essentially, Leveler system is supposed to balance out the ladder on uneven ground by extending one side of the ladder to get the ladder to be as upright as possible, to reduce risk of tipping over to either side.
However, when I go to the Lowes page, and also search the model number, Model # 16517-002, it shows that this is just the standard Little Giant ladder system (ie. no Leveler legs). So, for that, the price is decent enough. For an equivalent non-Leveler Little Giant ladder system at CostCo, the price is about $140-150 when on sale, as a reference.
If you are interested in a Little Giant ladder system, I would advise to get the Leveler system so that when you are faced with uneven ground, you can benefit from the Leveler system to upright the ladder as much as possible.
But who knows - maybe one could complain to Lowe's about incorrect title of the item upon pickup/receipt of the ladder, and get a free Leveler type Little Giant out of it for just $90. If that is possible, then for sure, $89 for a Leveler Little Giant is a great price.
*edit*
This is an example of the leveler system:

this is a taller ladder (by 4feet), but still, the leveler system is so useful.
*edit2*
maybe this is legit the leveler system, but just with the wrong model information?
Last year's BF/TG Lowe's sale also had what seems to be the same leveler system for $89

Link to actual Leveler ladder that's on sale for $129 through Dec 4th (you can use a 20 off 100 ebay coupon to bring it down to $109):

This years Lowes BF ad also confirms that they're selling the Multi-17 model for $89, so this isnt a repeat of last year's Leveler deal.

I also think this is only slick if you manage to get the 935161 item by complaining about the item description.

It's pretty uncommon but I think the 7 ft A-frame ladder is the best universal size. Its tall enough for reaching taller ceilings but not so tall you cant get it around without hassle. Im really surprised they arent more common. Just one man's opinion. I use 2 ladders almost every day for work. (7ft A-Frame and 24ft extension) never really find myself in situations that those dont cover.
