Lowe's[lowes.com] has the Little Giant Ladders Leveler Aluminum 22' 300lb Capacity Telescoping Multi-Position Ladder (Model #16522-803) for $159.
Additional 10% off through Samsung Pay brings this to $143.10.
Possible 10-15% off through Chase Offers as well! I had 15% (max of $20), so I'm hoping that stacks w/ Samsung Pay, bringing my total to $123.
EDIT #1: Just noticed this in the Chase Offers T&C: "Offer not valid on third-party delivery services or mobile wallet purchases", so we'll see what happens...
EDIT #2: Both the Samsung Pay and the Lowe's Chase Offer tracked and posted correctly, so I'm optimistic about receiving cashback for both of them...

This is an excellent ladder and a good value for the money. Just be very careful to follow the instructions for opening it up or collapsing it. Being careless or reckless can easily lead to crushed fingers or hands, especially for people with smaller hands such as most women. Safety first!
got one for a little less last year during another Lowe's sale...
fantastic ladder, use it outside for working on uneven ground all the time. the leveler feet make it incredibly easy to put the ladder anywhere in the yard i need to. no more bringing along chunks of 2x4s to level the old aluminum ladder!!!
yeah, it's on the heavy side... but honestly not for a comparable extension ladder, it's about the same. a-frame, yeah, it's heavier for sure.
if you work on uneven ground or surfaces a lot, don't hesitate, just buy it. if you're just a general homeowner doing little things around the house, the leveler feet probably will never get used.

Want to paint and hang wall decoration in stairwell - been waiting to get one of these for ages. Ditto for removing mildew on north side of house - swale in that area makes very uneven surface for extension ladder. This will get used. Thanks OP!
Pulled the trigger and bought one. Hoping this will prove to be extremely useful for cleaning gutters, painting, siding repairs, etc. At this price I cant really see any con's beyond its 55lbs but I suppose that still isn't too bad.
I got the Velocity type last year for $199 but this is better ladder, especially the leveler feature. It's very useful ladder but bit on the heavy side

According to the specs, this ladder weighs 44 lbs.
Its about 30% off normal retail cost, not bad but not great either. Keep in mind it's weight, (144 lbs.) is a big factor in just about everyone's decision when purchasing a new ladder.
Its still a very good ladder, there's add-ons for it, it's much more than just "a ladder" for what it can do in different situations.
Edit: Read over the other SD comments about its weight. I didn't think it would've been mentioned this early in the post.

Yo Dog, this thing is a little heavy (i own it and like it a lot) but it's 44 lbs NOT 144 lbs.
