Easily the most useless response on Slickdeals in 2019 lol.

Thank you for your input, sir.
Thanks for telling us what it does stand for. You may need to contact Valvoline and let them know what it stands for because they seem to think it does. "The "w" in motor oil stands for winter. The first number in the oil classification refers to a cold weather viscosity. The lower this number is, the less viscous your oil will be at low temperatures. For example, a 5W- motor oil will flow better at lower temperatures than a 15W- motor oil."
You loosing any coolant by any chance?

I noticed a lot of deals lately on 0-20 oil. Walmart was running a deal on Valvoline full synthetic oil 3 gallons for $35, but nothing on 5-30.

You can use 0w20 instead of 5w20. Can drop the first number....

0w-20 will work in the same applications. Will just be a little less viscous during the winter.

As long as you don't exceed the "20" you are fine the "w" refers to winter. So if you live in a cold climate the 0w will be better than 5w for cold starting.
