When it's first came out I was considering this one but I didn't buy it for two reasons, keyboard and no usb-c charge.

This has 120 Hz display display as well. And USB-C charging is not convenient as this has power requirement over 100W which is the max limit for USB-C Power delivery.

I'm leaning towards to new low power 10th gen 6 core i7 and probably gonna buy x1c

Not a single Laptop apart from MSI Prestige 14 and 15 and Dell XPS 13. Now Dell XPS 13 is 13 inch and no dedicated GPU. MSI Prestige series with 6 Core i7 and GTX 1650 costs way more.
