I think the MSI would be a better deal @$178. No curve and a little smaller, but much better specs, plus a VESA mount without having to buy an adapter.

I have had a different 32" inch monitor (Samsung from Costco) and the 1920x1080 resolution doesn't work at all at this size, especially if you do stuff like coding.

Agree, for a normal monitor setup where you are sitting pretty close, anything above about 24" needs to be higher than 1920x1080 or the extra space isn't really useful

Yeah I have 3 of those white ones from Costco (I think I got for $179 each). I don't use them for coding, and was an adjustment coming from 4K, but for gaming and my panoramic flight sim training setup they work great! I notice 1080p in 32-inches but not enough to bother me.

Imo this is perfect for coding so my eyes don't hurt after doing so...of course i use 2 monitors at the same time so i can stretch across when needed.
