Lowest price ever according to the camel camel camel. Normally listed for $80 on Amazon. This has sat on my Amazon cart forever. Too bad I already went for the Versastack mechanics tool set, which is made in Taiwan. Gearwrench used to be made in Taiwan, but the ratcheting wrenches I got from GW are made in China. I'm not sure COO for this 3/8" set. The GW set should be much easier to lug around than the Versastack.

Their mass market box store ratcheting wrench sets are China, but practically everything else is higher quality and made in Taiwan.

Oops. I think only the ratchet is an upgrade then?
I'm looking to upgrade from tekton. I'm just a home mechanic who has a car and Motorcycle. Both Japanese. Any suggestions?

Why? Tekton is a good brand for a home user. To go up from there I guess you could look at Proto, Williams, Snap On, Wera, or Stahlwille. Sockets get to a point of diminishing returns pretty fast, especially if you are not a pro mechanic using them all day every day.

Gotcha. If you cancel the order would you know that I get back Amex 30 and 60 back which I used against the order?
