Yeah, they scaled down the site-wide coupon promos big time this whole year. I guess they'd have to be lagging far behind their competitors before releasing the 10–15% off ones again.

I'm a bit surprised to see this kind of deal hit Frontpage as that usually doesn't happen.

Finally one eBay bucks that works for me after all my purchases made !!

The amount of 6/8/10% ebucks promos this year is about the same last year. eBay decided to cut down 15/20% aggressive marketing this year because the former CEO did not think it was a valuable strategy as people are trained to wait for the 15/20%. Instead, there were more targetted 10%, $5 off, or $3 off $3.

Well, the CEO got replaced. It did not help that the tax Supreme Court ruling is enforced this year and less buyers seemingly are buying on eBay. There seemed like there were more promos after the new CEO came in. Who knows, maybe the % sitewide coupons will appear in the future.
