This basically seems like a good new and fresh $200 chromebook.
The Lenovo site says the FHD is IPS so hopefully viewing angle is nice since it might be a cheap IPS screen.
Also multi touch. Does multitouch mean the exact same as touchscreen?

Of course people would get windows laptops if they needed windows, but it wouldn't have up to 10 hours battery for $200.
