As long as the original line stays active, all additional lines get the discount going forward.

I am late for this. Just registered the code today. Do I HAVE to finish everything else (porting, open all lines) today ? Or, I still have 14 days to open the line ?

I think you do have to finish porting today. I'd contact T-Force on twitter for a definitive answer though if you're considering chancing it and not completing the porting today.

No. I think hookup discounts first appeared in 2017 for lines ported into new ONE accounts.

Just a heads up I messaged T-Mobile via Twitter to ask if the port had to be completed by today for the hookup discount to apply and they replied back saying no. As long as I have registered via the Hookup page with the number I will be porting in, they will apply the discount. I signed up via phone, so my sim won't arrive for another few days and you supposedly can't port a number till you receive the sim.
