FYI, you can usually bring the frames to a walmart/cosco/target, anywhere that has a vision center to have prescription lenses put into these. You should definitely call ahead to verify they will put lenses in frames you do not buy directly from them. Lenses are usually not super cheap but could be paid with an HSA, or maybe insurance depending on your plan.

Any idea how much bringing your own frame would save? Does Walmart/Costco/Target charge labor for lens install to get what they lost from frame markup?

How can I add my prescription to these?
America's Best will add lenses for $29. Just walk in with a valid prescription (they usually expire after a year) or Alternatively, if you are a BJ's member, they will add lenses for $35 ($50 for non members)
You can also call your insurance provider and ask if this is covered. You may need to fill out a claim. My provider said I'm covered for frame up to $70 for out of network (e.g., jomashop). This is for frames only.

Costco charges additional $25, if you bring your own frame
It's not too bad as long as you're not adding all the premium add ons..
America's Best will add lenses for plain plastic lenses for $29
BJ's will add scratch resistant plastic lenses for $35
Personally I went with BJ's but both great options either way!
