Think again! I got this for $39.99 the other night and my total came to $42 and some change
I think it's pretty good. I've skipped all the COD since BO2 because it was just too much stupidity. I bought this full price and I'm very happy with it. Yea, there are campers but I don't feel like it's more than the usual COD amount. If you compare it to anything other than BO2 and under it'll feel campy.
I will say though.. I have been on a COD boycott since Black Ops and at $40 this game is worth it for all the content you get at that price point. Single player is good and there is plenty of free content for multiplayer. Their season pass system is similar to Fortnite. You buy the season pass with 1000 COD points but as you progress through the end of the season pass you get 1300 COD points in return.

Failed coup in Venezuela? Hugo Chavez and his lackey Maduro destroyed that country. Went from one of the richest in South America to the poorest in 20 years. The people stopped believing in their BS and democratically elected the new guy but Maduro refused to hand over the reins. This is a coup???
Same thing with Turkey. Erdogan is a dbag despot hanging on with his fingernails to power, desperately trying to ignore the will of the voters. Tried 3x to invalidate the local elections in Istanbul when it didn't go his way.

LV 82 now and it's not the best COD but not as bad as what Reddit and other forums make it to be.
Camping is a must in this game. I'm also playing with XBOX wired controller and do just fine. You just have to reduce the FOV to 80 and aim assist works like console.
Almost all guns require attachments which play a huge factor now unlike prev CODs. I try to use attachments that speed up ADS as that's super slow now on all the weapons.
Only TDM and it's fun but some of the maps like Picadilly, St Pet, Cave ... are totally garbage.
They just put "Crash" from the old COD with last update and its fun (though far more camping than in the original game).
I'd give the multiplayer 8/10. No more than that.
The main issue is skill based matchmaking which means after every game, the whole lobby dissipates with new players so if u had a good bunch of team mates in one game, u lose them all and play with a new set of randoms the next game.
This might be the breaking point for this game in the months to come.
Very toxic player base with cross play and all the console players.
Game runs solid for me. Running a 2700x and 1080ti UWHD 3440x1440 res.
