Visible has G7 power for $129.
You get $100 MasterCard after two months of service. First month is $25, second month can be $25 with joining a party.
Total cost is $129 + $50 = $179.
Then you get $100 back, making phone $80. Plus a free 8" tablet.
You are required to port in a # from another carrier. Not sure Google Voice will work. I bought a Sprint SIM on eBay for $2.50 and created a new Tello line for $5. Ported out minutes after creating and all worked fine.

PORTING IS EITHER VERY BAD OR WORKS GREAT.... IT'S ALMOST A COINFLIP.... IT IS POSSIBLE TO LOSE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THEIR PORTING LIMBO..... MORE LIKELY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE AUTOMATIC NUMBER PORTING SYSTEM, EXPECT 5-14 DAYS FOR THE PORT TO COMPLETE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM
Visible customer service is overwhelmed because of the deals they are offering, can take hours to reply to you.
Service is 4g LTE only. All calls are VOLTE only. Will not work in areas with just 3G roaming.
Video streaming is throttled as well as tethering. Just an fyi
Visible also has problems [reddit.com] validating addresses [twitter.com] and they have no interest in fixing these issues.
