I would say it's a better gaming specification compared to this one, as long as you don't need the USB-C port, and your okay with a VA panel. Build quality that's a different story.

Yeah not for this price sadly . I caved and bought an Alienware ultra wide for $600. Above my budget of $500ish but looks like it does everything I needed . IPS 1440p ultrawide at 120hz
