You have to order it from canada, Britain, india, or japan. I just so everyone knows, novamin works amazingly well with fluoride.
you can buy novamin toothpaste now in the United States as of this year, but it doesn't have any fluoride in it. So you'll need a fluoride rinse and mix it with tge novamin toothpaste, so it activates.
Or just get the sensodyne from out of country through Amazon or ebay. The ingredient really protects your teeth, and temporarily fills in cavities.
Some toothpastes word their descriptions carefully to make it sound like they have something extra in them for more remineralization than a plain fluoride toothpaste. But they might not contain anything special to remineralize. Some just have numbing agents so you won't feel pain.
Some other toothpastes and gels do have something special, such as biomin, novamin, or hydroxyapatite. Studies have been done, such as on cow's teeth, that find they might help remineralize. https://en.wikipedia.or
Some toothpastes have xylitol, which might help fight "bad" bacteria in your mouth, though I don't know how strong the evidence is. This one has fluoride and lots of xylitol, but no bioglass: https://www.amazon.com/Squigle-En...B00EXPU0R6
In the US, the cheapest way get a toothpaste with both fluoride and a bioglass or nano-hydroxyapatite is probably to buy the 75ml version of Sensodyne Repair and Protect. With some searching, you can usually find it for about $5 to $7.50 per tube on amazon or ebay, when buying 2 to 6 tubes at a time. I only buy tubes that are labeled for sale in the UK/EU. Some sellers stock it in amazon warehouses in the US so you might get it shipped quickly, but right now it's expensive on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EF39784 Overseas shipped is currently easier to buy cheap.
If you can spend more, CariFree CTx4 has fluoride, nano-hydroxyapatite, and 25% xylitol. It comes in mint, citrus, and grape. No need to buy from an iffy retailer on amazon or ebay, since it's made for sale in the US. https://www.amazon.com/CariFree-D...B00XWTNKD0

I'm sure this will get a down but... if anyone was curious Dollar Tree's generic Sensodyne (similar packaging) is actually very good!
