After they got your data, the company will do worse, the product and services will likely be shut down and is another entry in the Google graveyard. If you are lucky, they will just keep the data and resell the company to someone else while still having their hands in new data you are adding everyday.

They already have your search, email, location, steps, internet data, and ED status. Fitbit watch wont give them anything extra that I am worried about

You can change faces but on my moto 360 you could get a Rolex and on Fitbit you can buy certain ones when I used my versa 1 you could buy them but not track your past purchase history. I hope that changed
Heart rate. They are trying a lot to get health data as much as they can do.
