But from I read above. The OP stated:

I don't represent Amex or better but when I talked with better during my loan process I was told everyone carrying the listed Amex cards are eligible IF they register using the op link.

Suggestion- register using the link if you have an eligible card and on day1 talk to better rep and confirm if eligible for $2500 before running any credit.

Does it make sense if I pick up the one with most credit I can get then pay it off as soon as I can? In this way, probably I can come out with $4k plus amex credit minus interest I need to pay (190k x 4%/12=$633 one month interest for 190k mortgage at the rate of 4%). Is there any penalty for early pay off?

What lender is offering <3% rate on a 30-year mortgage for no points/cost? I've only been offered 3.5% so far but with $1000 in credits. Seems like with no credits I MIGHT be able to get 3.25% but under 3% doesn't seem likely.

Because the 2500 amex credit is only around for a few more months. Do you want to pay for a refinance? I dont. Even if I'll make it back over time.

10 year note just dropped to almost sub 1% yet the dow jumped 1300 points. They dont necessarily move in lock step.

And its lose not loose. When did we start teaching millenials that there's no difference between these two words?
