best experience i've had so far with a refinance company. Process couldn't have been easier. would definitely recommend better.com. make sure you shop around and pricematch if poss before you lock rate. their rates are one of the lowest when compared

Wow. Yours moved lightning quick. My rate lock and conditionally approved was days before you and my closing ended up being the same day. I'm anxiously logging into my old lender ever 15 minutes waiting to eventually see it is paid off. Did you get the confirmation email about the credit yet? Earlier in this thread, someone said he got it from his loan officer the day after funding.

yes my i had sent them 3 different estimates at different points in time as i received them and they beat them all. final one that i rate locked and matched was from Liberty bank.

Any sites you can recommend for other estimates? There are so many, it is hard to know which one to chose.
