EDIT information from Better.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello,
I work with Better, com and wanted to see if you could please add in the following information to your post on Amex/Better,com deal as it reads incorrect as it stands, especially regarding eligibility. We want to make sure the offer is stated as accurately as possible:
1) Mortgage rates of any specific customer, stated or otherwise, should not be taken as indicative of a mortgage rate available to all customers. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including the individual credit profile of a potential borrower.
2) The offer is only available to those borrowers who have been marketed to directly by American Express, and those who have not received the offer on their Amex portal or via email are not eligible.

Got a 3.0% matched for 30yrs with about $2k in lender credits. Will cover all closing costs

Coming from a 3.5% with about 10 months into my original 30 year. Not bad saving about 120 a month.

Also will get the AMEX credit.

I have to escrow now however but not a big deal considering I pay in full every year anyway.

Thoughts?
The lender I am in contact right now , offered me 3.25% interest rate for 15 years loan if I want close with zero cost.

You might want to continue shopping. I've seen 2.5 to 2.625 for minimum closing

NBKC is the competing bank I used. Got a pretty decent rate, and got the estimate along with a bunch of stuff to sign (which I won't) soon after filling out all the asset/employment info.

But yeah, don't use LenderFi. It's like the meatheads at the gym decided to get their real estate licenses.

I cant get them to match my rate of 2.375% with 0 points for 15 yr. Sent them a loan estimate and they are giving me a higher points and saying with the 2500 AMEX credit and it would be cheaper. Doesnt make sense to refinance again. Not sure how people got to do it twice on the same property. Good luck ppl!

Nothing close (2.75% for 30 Year) to what CA people seem to be getting. I locked with Better 3.25% for 30Y

The offer doesn't need to show up on your account - you just need to use the public link.

Give them a few days. Someone will come back to you. That is what happened in my case.
