Notary and closing
Here is what you can expect or ask for from my experience:
1. New pen for signing wiped thoroughly
2. Pen stays with you after signing
3. Only material they will touch would be your ID
4. ID would be wiped and returned back
5. Can expect gloves to be worn
6. Signing can happen in your front yard or in your garage
7. If you have a Costco table then you can sit on either sides to maintain distancing
8. Masks might be recommended given new guidelines
9. Plus discuss with the notary!!

I had to upload W-2, Paycheck, Mortgage Statement, and DL. After that about 20 min later I got am email to finish the rest of the app. Within the app you can find the LE. So you dont have to finish the entire application, but I had to upload those 4 things.
No it took a hard pull.. but so will Better. Multiple hard pulls within a short window all from the same types of loans generally get the same treatment from the credit burrows. So I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you for the suggestion for GuaranteedRate. I tried Lenderfi, zillow, sebonic... all were high rates.
GuaranteedRate just gave me an LE for 2.375% for a 15 year with a .375 points. They have a 1100 lender fee in section A so its about 1926 total for section A. Submitted to Better.com to price beat. Hoping they do.
Loan is 230k, CA property.
Owning requires 300k+ loan or i would have gotten their LE.
