Notary and closing
Here is what you can expect or ask for from my experience:
1. New pen for signing wiped thoroughly
2. Pen stays with you after signing
3. Only material they will touch would be your ID
4. ID would be wiped and returned back
5. Can expect gloves to be worn
6. Signing can happen in your front yard or in your garage
7. If you have a Costco table then you can sit on either sides to maintain distancing
8. Masks might be recommended given new guidelines
9. Plus discuss with the notary!!

Im being charged 4500 ( A+B+C) for closing ?? Am I getting hosed.. 500K loan for 30 years
How u guys achieving this??
I am ok with matching only. In the prior refi, they got were $150 over the competitor and in this refi they were $500 over. Now I'm waiting on screenshots of my updated rate table to see which is the best option for me to maximize things.
For reference, the competing offer was 2.375% on a 15-year with no lender fees and 3rd party costs $150 cheaper than I found locally (and $350 cheaper than Better's estimate). This is all before the Amex credit.

Maybe I should close my current application and start a new one and request someone else. I had Andrew as concierge first two days and then Arnold took over.
