"After doing business with HP for over thirty years, try to imagine my disappointment with this fully customized laptop. You can't. It is going back to the shop for repairs for the second time. It was not repaired when it was sent in the first time, then returned to me. Cheap plastic case, extremely poor battery life, less than 4 hours on recommended settings. It was sent in because the bezel was separating from the screen. And it still is. If it wasn't under warranty, I'd use it for target practice. This is the last HP laptop I will purchase. Don't waste your money. It is junk."

Edit: Whoops, Nevermind. So the upgraded screen isn't touch screen?
