If you see your self just wanting season 1&2 + what ever you can earn with trials and story mode.this is not bad, but if you plan to get everyone or want all the skins and stages just grab Champions edition for 30 bucks.

If you want to know exactly how many people can beat your character with Ryu or Ken while you swear like a sailor this is the game for you.

Probably one of the most frustrating games with the number of cheap moves and strategies people use to win.
Described nearly every fighting game with an online mode lol

Nope. Not for a while. Like all the version before it, they spend their time make new version here and there with a character.... The arcade is a solid one that bring quite a bit back after all the issue it faces over the years. Next is the champion that adds the season and a few.

Ryu, Ken, and anyone other Hadouken character are very predictable at the low to medium ranks. A very popular meme amongst the community is the flowchart Ken which is a very predictable pattern that most players use at the low to medium ranks. If you are far away out striking distance they throw fireballs, if you get close they panic and use the dragon punch. If the attack was successful they jump away and continue throwing fireballs. If they got hit/knocked down their immediate reaction is to dragon punch again if you are close, occasionally they may block and the wiser ones may try to sweep you thinking you won't be ready. But if you just wait it out and let them screw up, you will win pretty easily. They're beatable with every character assuming you're aware of your character moves, distance required, and do not be afraid to block/jump if you are in danger. Chip damage from blocking is better than taking it full on but you don't want to sit there all day blocking fireballs if you have other options to avoid taking damage or are able to get closer to deal damage. Very rarely do they ever throw so don't worry about them running up to you while you are blocking and throwing you. Basically you want to play cat and mouse, pressure and bait them into erroneously using their dragon punch upper cut or throwing an ill advised Hadouken fireball and punish them immediately. It's like playing the ai, they follow the same script however unlike the ai, a human player at the low ranks will mess up moves/commands. Throwing Hadoukens when they meant to Shoryuken, vice versa.

So as this shows, there are people who know WAY more about the game than me. I put a good 80 hours into learning Urien but probably never learned how other people play.
