"This would've and should've been transformative for me. I had bought it after seeing two ppl at my job use them. The day I ordered them both of those ppl had issues with their tires. And after asking around another person at my job had received a Xiaomi m365 Scooter in April 2019 and the handle bar had become loose & completely separated itself while he was going down a hill and he fell off, injuring himself.
I live and work in South Beach (Miami Beach), which is a very small, flat island. I live on 9th St and I work around 3rd St. That's 6 blocks, y'all... 6 blocks. I received this scooter this past Wednesday. This Saturday night (3 days later), I was coming home from work and I noticed a sound coming from the back tire. I got home and squeezed it; it felt ok, but again that sound made me uneasy... Like the tire was rubbing on something. I left to go pick up some food from Lime (5 blocks from my house).
I'm guessing the tire's alignment became screwed and it somehow deflated the tire. By the time I was on my way home from Lime, I could feel the tire deflating and pulling and that noise became more and more intense.
I looked and looked... There is no puncture. The tire is just flat. I googled how to change the tire and possibly fix the alignment and that's where even more frustration set in. 99% of the comments under the videos on YouTube and the Reddit threads were of ppl who were pulling out their hair and wishing they had never bought this thing. Apparently it's almost impossible to get the tire off and that's very true.
3 days... 3 days and just a few blocks on a flat island is all it took for this scooter become quickly out of whack. What if you buy one and it takes a little more time than that and you can't return it? You'll be wishing you had bought the Hiboy or some other model, that's what. And that's the very model I'll be trying next... Cuz this one ain't it."

most people swear by putting slime in your tires before riding out on air filled scooter tires and it helps limit the flats, lots of people putting on 500+ miles before seeing a flat
Another non-obvious difference : the battery is in the Stem (2nd one is attached to it), so the weight distribution is quite different. It may come to personal preference, but I much prefer the balance on the ES3.
Only 'Cons':
- a little bit less comfortable (solid tires...) : close enough to the M365 though
- no light on the back (seriously ?? on a $600 scooter, they couldn't add a $5 light ?)

I had to patch a tire 3 times in one month. After slim no issues. I used the slime that is designed for small tires. It seems to have little black flacks in it. Not sure what it does but the slime seems to work very well.
