Good deal. Just bought this for 50 on Amazon and it's a bitchin' sander. I was happy with it for $50. $38 is a steal.

I've had this sander for a couple years. It's pretty good. The little built-in dust collection works surprisingly well.

Yes. Just get a buffing disc (part RS014). That said, you'll get better results with a tool specifically designed for car polishing. These discs are relatively small and the vibration/rotation action is designed for sanding.
