About a month ago Lowe's had this set for $10, but it only lasted a few hours before jumping to $17. It's back again at $9.98 and says through 12/24/2019. Lots of stock at every Lowe's around me at the moment.
Thanks OP! I had a similar small ratcheting set from lowes, but it required special bits that had a little protruding ball. This one seems to accept universal bits and will be much more useful.
Does anyone know if these are small enough to work on the star screws Hikvision uses on the exterior of their dome cameras to get the cover off?
No, this set only goes to a T20.
Almost all Hikvision cameras are made by Dahua and take a closest to a torx T10. The tool that came with the camera fits a little better, but I have used a T10 dozens of times.
I would buy this set for the wrench and compact portable case, not because it includes or discludes any particular bit - which are easily swappable and customizable to whatever bits suit your purposes.
Can anyone tell if the tamper proof bits are 5 point or 6 point? I need 5 point which is pretty hard to find for cheap in my area
If it is not so urgent, try eBay. I needed for working in Volvo and Mercedes, got it very cheap. These are 6 point. They might have it 5 point for higher price.

If you have Prime it's kind of like paying $3 for shipping. Maybe worth it if your Lowe's is far away.
