I bought it then, for $549. Frown

I installed them a couple of days ago and they sound much better than the Yamaha soundbar that they replaced. I also have two SVS PB-1000 subs.

With these floors maintained above 80 Hz and the subs below, they make a good combination!

Pics: For reference, that's a 60" TV.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not. I'm a family man, so my budget was limited. For me, powered floor speakers and two decent subs work really well sound a lot better than the soundbar with one PB-1000.

I bought one of the subs last year, the second this year, to spread the cost out.

No sarcasm. The PB1000 is a pretty strong sub. I think 1 fits most purposes, depending on size of room

Our living room is really big, and it opens up into the dining room/kitchen area. The difference with the second sub, which I got before these Klipsch floor speakers, was pretty significant. Combined, the floor now shakes when the really low frequencies hit. I wish I had the money to spend twice as much on the PB-3000's; se la vis.

I know. It was recommended to me by SVS tech support not to mix the subs, so I waited....and waited for a PB-1000 to show up in the Outlet without any luck. So, I paid full price.
