Agreed. Calibrated with a sound bar. This is a great deal. Got mine back Friday. It has frozen on me twice, which scares me a bit. Had to physically unplug the tv to get it to restart. But for the price, so far still seems like a great deal. Android TV on this thing is a tad sluggish at times but sooooo much better than it has been on older sets. It's manageable most of the time. Even at this price. Great buy.
I bought this Black Friday.
I like it far better than I thought I would.
Once fine tuned, picture is incredible, sound is good. I do have a surround sound system, but use that mainly for movie night, most of the time,TV speakers only.
$300 and change for a 65 inch 4k TV that looks this good?!? What a great time to be alive!
If you're on the fence, do what I did, buy it, get it home, run it through it's paces, watch the game, think about it for a day or two, and throw the box away.
Merry Christmas SD'ers!
Well, let's do one thing:
go to best buy .com , search 'Hisense TV' and look results:
- 26 items (models) found;
- ALL of them are having AT LEAST 4 stars out of 5 for customer reviews; Here's also something to note: ALL Hisense ROKU models have minimum 4.5 stars! 4 stars usually for Android.
True, there will be some 'unlucky' or unhappy customers, but this is happening for EVERY brand/model, and if this is your case, sorry for you!
But to sum it up, your statement has no support and no value in current context, unless you point SD'ers to a stellar brand with slick price for the same size.

The picture on mine doesn't seem that great. I don't know what exactly it is.
I have mine on vivid. The color really pop out and I forgot to mention that part. It needs to be calibrated a little, but damn does it look nice after.
I'm very picky on my T.V's as I haven't upgraded for 8 years as we used a 3D vizio high end tv at 50". For 300 or 350 this is a pretty dang good T.V The audio is horrible though, but the picture makes up more than it should.
I've tried my old stereo system & a new one I just purchased. Both have a terrible tin can sound from the android part. On my Roku the sound is perfect.

I think audio is pretty good. Android runs well on this TV. I am very happy with it. I wish I could uninstall Apps. Memory is not huge but enough for the all the apps I wanted.
