I can't believe how critical people are of a $20 wifi cam, lol. Like, what this thing does, for that $20, is mind boggling, yet, people seem upset it isn't waterproof to 100m, or that it isn't powered by the sun and has a wireless range of 1/2 mile. Y'all are hilarious.

edit, I have 4 regular and 3 pan cams, love this product!
I use these types of wifi cameras and I block them from Internet access and use a VPN to my network then view them as if I were on my WiFi. This extra step takes 5-10 seconds to connect up but makes them extremely secure. The negatives are you can't use their free cloud and will be saving local only and you won't get notified of movement from the cameras, but I have occupancy sensors that handle that for me so no real loss. I am with you though, I would never have cameras inside my house that have internet access, even Ring has stories of people accessing them and harassing the owners, if they didnt say anything they could watch all day long without anyone knowing. No thanks
They do but they aren't $20

Not a hidden camera and no movement alert though cheap.

These do have movement alerts.

Nice price for endurance cards. I've been using regular Kingston cards in my Wyze cams without issue for the past year and a half.

ok looking at all 3 so even more confused Smilie thanks!
The 32GB pro I posted will last 5yrs. Check the other cards, but for the Wyze cam in constant use they will usually last about a year. You probably will not know if your data is corrupted until you have an incident. So, the card I posted is the best way to go if you are using this to mount and check when you have something happen

wow had no idea they only lasted that long thanks!

Interesting you posted a 32GB and the 2 other suggestions were 64GB. Any reason? 32GB enough on HD setting?

At 5x or more the price...

I use blueiris + some decent POE cams for most things, but I love these wyze cams for things like popping one in the garage so I can check the door when I get paranoid I left up, keeping an eye on the dog, etc. The quality on them has been great, especially for $20
Do you use this on BI or just separate with a phone app?

You can make the card last longer by turn off continuous recording, however, I don;t recommend that. Motion detection is not rock solid and they just lost the right to person detection. Just set it up for continuous record and forget about it. Use outside under an eave, or turn it on when you leave for inside. Or if your really lazy, set it up outside and do not run power.

32gb is best for your use. Wyze has not paid for the right to use cards above 32gb. You can use larger cards, but you may have problems with the camera appearing to be bricked, loss data, data corporation and stability. For most users 32GB is the way to go. If I was going to set up the camera, record, and then remove and check the card. I would put in the largest card I had. However, I just mount and forget and have confidence if I need the data it will be there.

Al cameras can be hacked. Ring was in the news this week for that. I wouldn't recommend any WiFi camera in a kids room for that reason. Otherwise, these are great for keeping an eye on your house etc.

Couldn't you just enable the two factor identification?

Is there any way to buy more than one? I do not have prime and need to buy four or five to cover the entire house.

This is really not a deal then for those who do not have prime. Even for folks who have prime, I doubt they can place more than one order. I guess I will order directly from wyze.

Yes. The ring owners didn't have 2fa on their accounts and the hackers were able to hack their profiles.

That is also an option. The question was could you see what was recorded to the SD card.

My concerns is there's a 5 min lag of motion notification after the first event.
