Dollar Tree $1 Blu Ray movies + Digital YMMV B&M only

For the past week I have been seeing an increased amount of Blu Ray movies at Dollar Tree stores near me and figured it was time to post. Every store I have been to has the same selection of movies but sometimes a few different ones.
Movies are on end caps, in the electronics aisle, on register racks, or in the front on the featured item display.
BTW this is not a repost as none of the other posts talk about the digital copies.
Most of the movies are without digital or DVD combo pack but some are.

- Jingle all the way 2
- Run All Night
- Inherent Vice

- Bad Words
- Secret Life of Walter Mitty
- FAF Tokyo Drift
- Amazing Spiderman 2

- The Campaign

Look for stickers or labels indicating digital copy.
Noted issues:
Movies with bilingual cover or Canadian rating on rear may not redeem digital copy. Will redeem in iTunes if you have a Canadian account.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 and 3 have misprinted codes but will redeem in MoviesAnywhere but not VUDU or iTunes.
