The display I saw was poor quality. Not much cushion in the seat or the mattress. Fabric looks cheap as well.

I saw this instore also, cushion on top was very minimal, didn't seem cheap per say, wish it had more cushion on top. Seemed heavy and sturdy though. Any reviews anywhere else ?

Went to check it out in-store because of its compactness. The mattress is fairly thin and the supporting cot can be felt underneath. The mattress was medium density and is not firm. The lower half also didn't feel stable. Leaning on the back wasn't that comfortable. There is a gap between the mattress and back. The back is also fairly low. Taking it in and out is similar to a traditional pull out couch. The fabric seemed like decent quality, but the model was grimy and showing dirt.

I haven't opened it, but the display model looked decent for $200. Fabric is better than average quality. The memory foam mattress looks very thin so I am still unsure about that. It is an ottoman so not expecting it to be a comfortable chair or any thing...maybe a good thing for putting up your feet and when a guest is over pulling it out as an extra bed. It is very very heavy since it is made of wood. Other negative maybe be the cheaper fabric lining inside, might not be as durable. The plus plus for me is that in ottoman form, it is really compact...good for guest or office type of room.

I went to store and picked up when this thread was opened. There were 5-6 in store. Next day, I went to Costco again. None left. $199 in store vs $349 online have a big differences. I have not opened yet. Planning to store under the 18 inch bed frame since the height of this ottoman shows 16 something inch almost 17 inch. Hope that will fit though, I am not sure....
