This seems like a very good deal from what I've checked on other retailers, who seem to have the 7" Premier Santoku knife at $184.95.

    The 7" is a great knife. Slight difference in the blade profile than the classic. Definitely worth it at this price

    Lots of other places have this for $124. Is this a new manufacturer promotion that others are dropping to 124 or was that their everyday price?
