This has all DLC except the Map Pack, if you want/need that you still need to buy it separately.

Honestly this is worth it. I used to never buy the car dlc, but since you get the cars for free in game now, i think its rad. Soooo many cars... especially if you start playing now since a lot of cars are released at this point.

Having said that, i got the ultimate edition at $50 derived from bing rewards and free ms gift cards (not a cent out of pocket).
