Superior to what? Direct drive? Anything is superior to direct drive universal motor saws.

Would this be good for a first table saw for home use?
I've been looking for a table saw and eyeballing this Skilsaw and the DeWalt you mentioned. What are your pros for the DeWalt over this one?
Same. Have a few good buddies that use the Dewalt and swear by the rack and pinion fence with the 32" rip capacity and rock solid stand. Planning to use it as a beginner woodworking saw with the option of having it be portable. Just waiting on the DWE7491rs to go on sale.
