TU for a deal on the Sapphire version. If money was no object, I'd get the 3 fan version but it's ~$50 more. This one is $434 at AMZ so $399 saves you a decent amount.

3 Fan is way better only if you have a case that can fit it in.

Its been $410 @microcenter (and Newegg too) for a long time and not even on sale. With that said $10 off hardly seems like a deal.

While this is true, it's the lowest I've seen on this card in ages. I've been looking for a 5700XT now for months (it's the last piece I need for my build) and the only deals that have popped up have been on the reference models or poorly rated third party. Since video card (the good ones at least) don't typically go on sale much (if at all), I'll take $10 off.

You've been waiting months with a almost ready built computer to save 10 bucks?

Sorry I'm out of the loop... where does this compare with the RTX lineup? Along the lines of a RTX 2070?

Quick question. What's the difference between the card in the deal and this card?

Made by different third parties, with different warranties, different board designs, etc. Meaning different levels of noise, heat, etc.

This video shows one of the worst possible designs: (their other designs are fine)

Guessing they are using an older graphics card to tide them over...otherwise, they spent way MORE money to get new parts "early" and then sit on it. That 2700x I bought a little over a year ago is almost half the price I paid, but such is life with computers. I don't regret it one cent, it's been rock solid Smilie

There are no deals on graphics cards. Occasionally when one gets down to the lower end of the range someone makes a post and for whatever reason people vote it up. Lots of similar deals get downvoted before they start. Normally this site is pretty good at identifying deals but there are too many people having emotional reaction to GPU pricing right now

I personally don't see how this is a deal at all because for an extra 20 or $30 you can get a much better cooler and more overclocking Headroom

I agree, the 2 fan cards are the ones selling at or near MSRP as if that's a GIFT to the consumer... Lots of cards are selling OVER MSRP which technically makes them a ripoff..
It's the consumer that's being gamed with these gaming cards because of no real competitive environment! So to get a really good deal one will have to wait well over a year from when they build a system.. if there ever was a time to begin regulating (anti trust or collusion) this aspect of tech, it's now because amd's entry into the market did not spur significant price cuts from NVIDIA... which means the market is still in dysfunction. The mainstream consumer should not have to pay $400 to $500 for the mid grade video cards.. yet this is what's been going on for most of the last decade!

Have this, great card. I don't think this is a deal though. Bought it 3 months ago from central computer for $390 and no tax. And Nitro isn't "way" better, a couple FPS, dB, and degrees isn't worth the extra $30-50.
