Strong enough to vacuum gravel? I wonder if it can be used for gold dredging.

Pretty sure it's been this price for a while? I commented in the last vacuum stick thread that it was available

Certified Pre-owned was $89.99 in middle of 2019 last time I looked.

Wireless charger and 2ah battery is about $40 resale value on ebay(pre-owned), so essentially getting the stick vac for ~$35.

water can enter battery compartment quite easily from my experience- I recommend using an inexpensive battery and place it inside and leave it there. Only recharge the battery with its included external battery charger sled

This will lessen the probability of getting water into battery area by reducing opening and closing the sealed battery compartment

Otherwise its a good vac

Do you know if a 9ah battery will fit in the compartment? I bought two 9ah for $30 each late last year and was hoping one would fit.

Doubt it,.pretty sure it works by putting it fully under water to create suction

Why not just by a wet vac for this price?

I'm about to order one to go with my other Ryobi stuff from the home depot $249 deal. Seems like a good price, but does anyone have a coupon code to make it better?

It says "not further discounts" on the page so I'm assuming there's no coupon codes that will work. I think the best you will do is free shipping for orders over $20 which is automatically applied.

This stick vac is only used to filter debris out of water, not clean water up. You will need a wet/dry vac for picking up water puddles.

Something like this:

Direct Tools has had this at this price for the past couple of days. I was strongly considering it, but have decided to wait for their next version.

It doesn't filter out fine stuff, so you'll see a dirty floor again after using it for that purpose. If you're looking to spot-vacuum large debris like leaves, they sell a $20 or so attachment for that purpose.
