You lose a lot of base using these, unless you absolutely need a light below your Sonos, i would not recommend it.

There's really no point to these, which is why they're so heavily discounted.

these are for small rooms like bathrooms, or they can be used for rears in your 5.1 (which you dont need bass coming out of your rear speakers)

No, they're heavily discounted because Sonos discontinued the Play:1 quite a while ago.

These kind of stands are great for a bathroom or nightstand, but for most applications, I'd agree there' not much point. But still a great deal for those who can use them, so thumbs up!
