Hi my fellow Slickdeal friends. I found a Killer deal on a 3 Ton aluminum Floor Jack I would like to share with you all.

You can order it online and have it shipped to your door for a extra $12.29 or call stores near you to see if the Jack is in the store before you place an order on one. Reason I say this is because I placed a order with a store and they called me and said they had none in stock, Then canceled my order. I called another store and they had one in stock, that I purchased.

Here's the Link to the Floor Jack https://www.ruralking.com/3-ton-a...jack-66219

Here's a Link to a Floor jack at Home Depot that looks identical to this one: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Max-L.../303409209 My guess is they are exactly the same and they just changed the model number for each store.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

FWIW, aluminum racing floor jacks are notoriously unreliable and prone to failure. Look it up for yourself. Your best bet is to go with a steel one. I spent $300 on an aluminum jack only to have it twist and drop the vehicle. Luckily, I use jack stands and this happened at the very end when I was done, wheels were back on, and I lifted the car to pull out the jack stands.
Damn that's a good price, even the 3 tonner from HF is around $120-$130 on sale. I've got 2 almost brand new hybrid jacks from Costco otherwise I'd give this a try.

Just don't do what this idiot did, fun starts at 4:00 mins in.

Haha. I wouldn't say his jack failed like he titled the video. Operator error. Jack is fine.

I always make sure I'm on a smooth surface and that the jack moves as I'm pumping it. It should if you are going way up, since the jacking point moves towards the center of the jack. If the jack (or the car) doesn't roll freely when it's going up, something is wrong.

The closest Rural King is 2 hours from me (about 80 miles each way through some crappy traffic). So if I got it, I'd be shipping it. Makes returns challenging. I'm not sure what to think about this thing. There is no brand name, no model number and no specifications (how high can it go, how low can it go, etc, etc) -- or what exactly they mean by RapidPump. The weight is listed as 38 lbs which seems awful light since the Arcan 3 ton jack at Costco is 58 lbs... bargain basement price, and... no reviews.

My Hazard Fraught Jack 1.5 ton jack seems like its on its way out. At one point I lost all the fluid. I replaced the fluid and it seems to be working, but it also seems like its getting progressively work, so I'd say I have a leak and I have to assume repairing leaks in these things is basically no feasible (unless you use snake oil in a can like ATP AT-205, which might be worth a shot).

Does anyone have any experience with this or should I get the Costco Arcan or another HF one?

The Costco Arcan 3ton jacks are great, I love mine!
This is probably a good jack compared to the 1.5 ton Harbor freight for about the same price, but a far cry from the Costco Arcan 3 ton.

Looks identical to the Costco one, just $50 less. But the Arcan weighs 53lbs and this one says the shipping weight is only 38lbs so there must definitely be a difference!

Yep, 100%!
- No name/badge,
- Lighter weight (but same specs)
- No reviews ...

makes me think this us a generalized copy/knockoff of the Arcan.

I'd guess an ok jack to use at half of it capacity, but be careful at the actual rating. Looking forward to seeing some reviews, however.

Ps, Thanks OP for the post!!

Scary. Jack stands are a must. I have both. I need to check the welds on my small HF aluminum jack.

My steel jack is heavy but moves easily on its wheels. If you work surface is even, I recommend steel. In November I paid $80 after coupons/sale for the Arcan 3 1/2-Ton Low-Profile Professional Service Floor Jack — Model# XL35B from Northern Tool and am really pleased so far. Rolls, handles/steers really nice. Bigger than it looks in the pics. https://www.northerntool.com/shop..._200345429

Yes, if you jack the car up on the sideskirt then please don't buy a jack. Luckily this guy wasn't under the vehicle when this happened. I knew a guy that did this and the car fell on his arm and not only did it snap his arm like a twig but he was trapped under there for a while before someone was able to help him

Does anyone know if the Arcan is sold in the Warehouse clubs and if its cheaper than online where I'm sure the price is increased because of shipping.

It is, and it was $119 when I was there a week ago.
