I purchased a new Nikon 70-200mm f2.8E FL lens from tri-state-camera back in February 2019 without any problem. The box that came with it was a little beat up and appeared to have been opened before but the lens appeared to be new. However, I bought the lens through ebay and feel there's more accountability but everyone have a different opinion on this matter. I bring this up is because I researched online comments/reviews and it was a mixed bag and at the end I was comfortable to take a chance. Shipping was quick. I didn't have to deal with their customer service so I can't tell you what to expect.
