Got a reply on Nov 18th to send a picture of the bag with the ticket attached, no idea what that meant, but I'm assuming it's the tag. Whatever, sent the pic.
Emailed them on the 21st cause I didn't hear back since.
Then emailed them again on the 25th, didn't hear back
Then it wasn't until the 26th after waiting a little over a week just to get a response that I have to ship the item back for a refund which doesn't solve the issue.
Called 11/26/19, they said they would call back within 2-3 days, never heard back.
It was only for a $10 bag but... Better I test their customer service and waste my time so you guys don't have to. Lol if you can even call it that, only takes less than a min to send an email
