I will add that the note10 has no headphone jack and the 10 has no micro SD but the 10+ does have it. Just an FYI. I didn't know and bought the 10 then returned for a 10+
I only use eBay for cheap used stuff. Is it safe to make such a huge purchase on eBay? It is an auction after all. You can't just change your mind or have buyer's remorse... And what about the warranty? Are they a licensed distributor or are you SOL if you need support?

If you look in the bottom of the information section of the listing you will see this:
"All the devices that are being sold are coming directly from manufacturer or carriers. We buy big stock lots from these vendors and in some cases the devices might be activated. Our trained professionals make sure that the devices are in new cosmetics and Working condition. The devices will not carry manufacturer's warranty unless stated in Return Policy. All devices fall within a 30 Day warranty period from our side to secure and provide you confidence. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us."
I do not know how these sellers can get away with listing them as new and then having text that reads like this in the listing. I almost pulled the trigger on a Galaxy S10+ until I read this. So which is it? Am I getting a new, unopened sealed phone or an already activated opened box item. You can't have a new open box. Has to be 1 or the other!

Yikes! So it's like buying from CL or "a friend of a friend"
OK deal, not as good as the eBay/Microsoft store deal on black Friday. This would have been a good deal before eBay started blindly collecting sales tax.
A friendly reminder that you won't have Samsung manufacturer's warranties, only seller warranties at best if you buy your device in this case.
Agree. Months ago a SD member posted his problems about the same item type. Samsung said they wouldn't honor his warranty and the seller gave him a run around.
