Almost anything except Hershey's/mars, but for starters, Lindt.

Mine were terrible and near crunchy. Did a charge back with CC company immediately.

Yes, there are better chocolates out there... just not many better chocolates at this price. Lindt at Amazon is between 2 and 3 times the price at Amazon, depending on variety (and Lindt isn't top shelf either).

These were a family tradition in my wife's family, so always pick up a box or two,

And where exactly are these links for the cheaper ones you spoke about?

Ugh, typos are the worst.

In the OP and Macy's site, it says Gingerbread Cookies; the box says Cookie. It's not cookies; it's cookie-layered mint chocolates according to the review.

In the OP and Macy's site, it says Taste of the Holiday; the box says Holidays. I don't want chocolates that taste like multiple holidays...

These are the gifts you give when you feel obligated but don't really care if they like it or not. Check the box type of gift.

This would be a great deal if it was the original Fredrick & Nelson recipe (hexagon box, Seattle version) not the Marshall Fields recipe (Chicago version).
