To do so:
1. start at : https://www.amazon.com/Kindle-eBooks/
2 Pick an option to filter items on the left hand column, ( e.g. I pick 'English' language)
3 On the next page in the top right corner click the 'sort by' option button drop down and choose to sort "Price : Low to High" Then wade throught the endless piles of free stuff..
4 You can then further filter by genre and average customer reviews to narrow it down.
Search for "AmazonClassics" will also get you a short list of over a dozen classic free titles.

Thanks. There's enough free content there that I'd never be able to read it all. Wonderful!
I love Libby!
