For the most part, you could skip everything in this sale as long as your nutritional intake is on point with a regular variety of real foods. Some things, like regularly consuming enough protein can be helped with a solid protein powder as a true "supplement" to your intake. The caffeine based stuff works for sure, but any kind of caffeine will work if you are into that (careful).

As far as the ZMA, even if it does not boost testosterone (debatable), any improvements to your quality of sleep will in the long term, improve your progress in & out of the gym.

Cheap enough to give it a shot.
Old guy here. I'm 2 years into my gym journeys now, and in this body...cal, mag, and zinc seriously increase my quality of life. In a couple of different ways. One week off them and I can tell the difference.
49 yo former coach potato - actively training about 18m now (5-6) days in the gym
IMHO- Only thing i take is amino acids before and after activity. Eat right, sleep as close to 8hrs a day as you can and plenty of water. if you eat the right foods and there is little to supplement. i don't diet, just eat right. Depends the result you want.

Yes, but a different time of day. Ideally this is right before bed on a semi-empty stomach. The ratio matters, so you don't want to throw it off.

A bit of a snake oil, but I have definitely slept better on this, in addition to sudden outbreaks of backne. I can't speak to athletic performance, though.

It's snake oil because the Vitamin B6 is completely unnecessary. Someone figured out it makes you have dreams. Crazy dreams like back when you were a teenager.

Zinc and mag do seem to be very helpful though. I had always read they help keep testosterone levels higher.

Pretty sure ZMA has very little evidence to support it being effective in any way
