For the most part, you could skip everything in this sale as long as your nutritional intake is on point with a regular variety of real foods. Some things, like regularly consuming enough protein can be helped with a solid protein powder as a true "supplement" to your intake. The caffeine based stuff works for sure, but any kind of caffeine will work if you are into that (careful).
As far as the ZMA, even if it does not boost testosterone (debatable), any improvements to your quality of sleep will in the long term, improve your progress in & out of the gym.
Cheap enough to give it a shot.
IMHO- Only thing i take is amino acids before and after activity. Eat right, sleep as close to 8hrs a day as you can and plenty of water. if you eat the right foods and there is little to supplement. i don't diet, just eat right. Depends the result you want.
In the best shape of my life right now following this

Yes, but a different time of day. Ideally this is right before bed on a semi-empty stomach. The ratio matters, so you don't want to throw it off.
A bit of a snake oil, but I have definitely slept better on this, in addition to sudden outbreaks of backne. I can't speak to athletic performance, though.

Zinc and mag do seem to be very helpful though. I had always read they help keep testosterone levels higher.
