raspberry pi 4 runs hot. passive cooling doesn't work. mine is always above 59 degrees. but i don't want fan noise :/

I see it comes with heat sinks. If you buy the 4gb pi, would you need more than the one that they give you for ram with this kit or is the ram always one chip? I still do not have a pi4, but was thinking about it, and If I did I would get the 4gb one.

Got it and set up, the fan is super quiet at 3.3v, haven't tried 5v yet.
