You get both boxes for ~$20, plus $6 shipping if you don't get your order to $35 (makes it less appealing). But I guess if you just want booster packs, you could buy 2 bundles to get free shipping if you don't have other stuff to buy.
This is a pretty solid deal for booster packs, plus you get the headline cards as well... 8 booster packs for $20, so "only" about $2.50 each.

My 6 yo son is getting into Pokemon and loves this kind of stuff though. And for that kind of audience, the enjoyment/cost ratio of this price is quite good.
And relative to the MSRP for all of this pokemon stuff, this is one of the better deals for random booster packs I have seen.
The Gamestop bundle is another good option for a similar cost, but again need to watch shipping costs:

Especially if you want different character cards (Snorlax, Dragonite, Gengar). This deal was close to $20 a month or two ago, which was a great deal for boosters.

I just laughed out loud in a parking lot. I'm fortunate no one was around. 😂
