Both models are hybrid and work on a ONE+ battery or mains power (using an extension cord).
I will take and post a picture in a few minutes comparing the light output between both models.
Edit: Without having a large dark area to light up, it was nearly impossible to photograph the differences. With the naked eye it is very difficult to see the difference between P720 and HIGH on P721, but there is a vast difference when comparing those two to P721's LOW.

It says factory blemished, but I have bought all of my Ryobi One+ from this site, and has never had any issues. I believe they have to say it in order to sell below retail.
FREE SHIPPING was available to me, not sure if it will be to everyone. With tax, $42.79 shipped.
The site is legit, it's the parent company's outlet site.
These lights are great. Took 2 weeks to get last time but the "blemished" is brand new. Picked up another one.

I checked high and low with various filters and search queries and the only post I found was the one from last month for the same price.
They just combined the post.

The P271 has the far lower power consumption setting of only a few hundred lumen, which is great in tight quarters and power outages where conserving batteries is optimal. The everyday price for the P271 is only $20 more than this deal, so waiting for a deal on a new P271 may be a better choice.

They're made to hang off a 2x4 but will also go over handlebars and stay in place even on rough terrain if you secure them with gear ties.
Good deal?

Mods somehow I missed the word light in the title. Can someone please add it?
My recent order was at my door 5 days after placing the order.
