I bet just because it was posted by DJ that it became FP
As someone who uses multiple devices (phone, ipad, Switch) being able to just plug and unplug for an instant connection is more convenient than pairing BT headphones to each device. Never having to worry about running out of power or batteries with finite lifespan makes wired headphones nice to have.
These are.... okish.
They're only ten dollars. They kinda soft in sound, and the one button function is annoying. No volume buttons.
IMHO it is just the brand name.
I've bought a couple different less known brands off Amazon through slickdeals that were markedly better.
NRG & Betron. @ 12.50 & 13.99, respectively.
Very worth the extra couple bucks.
Those JBLs at original 40 are a total ripoff.

Hope you all are having a wonderful day. My oncologist told me these are a better lifestyle choice to use than to continuously be inundated with radio frequencies buzzing through my sensitive brain tissue (bluetooth, 5g,nfc, etc). Trying to reduce my risks factors in all respects for 2020, including my weight this year.

I got several cheap JBL. They are all very very very cheap. No way I want to listen to music with them...
I gave away all 4 of them to first graders.
Should have spent that money for Audio Technica or Denon???

For what it's worth they're wirecutter's best cheap wired earbuds..
Or would something else be a better choice?
