This means there's at least one m.2 NVMe slot, plus two SATA bays.
It should be possible to buy the cheapest config, then add a pair of HDDs or 2.5" SSDs, or any combo thereof. Three drives for storage and speed.
EDIT: Also cannot have both touch and 1080p. Touch is only 1600 x 900 which is not bad but if you're buying a 17" then maybe resolution matters to you.

Lol who even needs those any more? And in the rare times you might, you can pick up an external one for like 15$.
