During Thanksgiving week, it is chilly, but tolerable. Weather is around 55-60 deg F during the day. As you go closer to the Andalusian coast, it may even be warmer. October would be very good. Spain is awesome, very family friendly. The wine and beer were amazing! Lots of places to see. Very laid back atmosphere.

Highly recommend Spain! I prefer Madrid over Barcelona, but both are incredible. Everyone is so friendly and it's definitely a place everyone should go at least once in their life. Weather will be chilly this time of year (daily highs in the low 50s) but not unbearable by any means. Just bundle up and you'll be fine.

Just went in November. Nice weather and can second I was more of a fan of Madrid over Barcelona. Nice hostels in Spain though.
