As far as I've seen, there is a banner on the site for "25% off your purchase," but with a big "some exclusions apply" caveat. A lot of items are marked down 25% on their respective pages, but I think the drill kit is one of those exclusions. Having just purchased this last week, I'd be kind of annoyed if it wasn't.
